how to apologize for an insult that slipped out of jealousy?2?

i said something really random and my friend got pissed and mad at me. im not that kind of person that insults with a grin on my face, laughing inside. i felt like i sinned or something. i was just intimidated. this happened again, and my friend got even madder. i dont know wat happned. i think i said ur plumb and that made her mad. i told her sorry, just jealousy takes over sometimes. im a emotional person…:(!
i dont care, im ugly, i get insults
i recieve and throw the speres in my heart.
i do think before i speak usually.
im a fairly quite person
sometimes i dont express my self through actually talking, but through writing.
