Relax , if he wanted to cheat on you he wouldnt be with you, and if you love him then youd probably know you are just thinking too much.
Stop wasting your time on this and go over to him and enjoy your moments with him rather than spendgin them worrying. Youd come to realise that these are just thoughts that make no sense. If theres is trust then there is no reason to worry.

I have this problem with myself too. I have the best girlfriend, and I still can’t help but feel jealous at stupid times.
The best thing you can do is talk to them about it, and don’t let it effect you. Just keep in mind that they loves you, or he wouldn’t be with you.
Oh and don’t cheat on him, most jealous people are people who cheat, I would never cheat on my girlfriend but every other jealous person I meet has, or does. If you trust yourself you won’t be as worried about him.
As a human of course we cannot run out from the problems, but how we handle it make us more experience. In my opinionyou can forget him if you really want to do it. This mean that you must have high confidence that you want to forget him forever. In addition, you must imagine as he has not existed in this world anymore or stayed much far from him. Take your time and relaxed. Moreover, you also must enjoyed with your friends such as plan a vacation or involve in any activities which will make you forget him for a while and slowly reduce what you are experiencing right now and don’t just be alone as this will increase your tension to always remember him.
