Look at yourself in the mirror and list the positive qualities that you have. This would work on self-worth.
Change any false beliefs that might cause jealousy. There are often false beliefs that underlie jealousy and fuel emotion. If you examine the belief, you can often eliminate the jealousy. Choose to tell yourself a belief that is nurturing and supportive, and you’ll feel better. When you begin taking steps to creating a happy and fulfilling life for yourself, you will find the anger, the jealousy, and the fear will disappear.
I always kind of, afford people the freedom to be people. I look at all the crazy crap going on out there and then, when I look at myself, I’m not much different. We’re like, the only animal that feels jealousy to this degree. Everyone scratches their own itch. If you see someone somewhere scratching someone else’s itch (literally.. lol) pretty weird huh?
I do often feel this way and so does pretty much everyone else, and it really requires just another step back.. a look at the bigger picture, and the understanding that you can’t really be everything you’d like to be, to as many people as you would like… It’s hard work, and work put into one relationship often is taken out of another.
Don’t feel too insignificant, just take that as a cue that your efforts could probably be better focused, on someone or someTHING or whatever is floating the boat!
You should feel bad….now bend over and spank yourself for me!
just be happy…..don’t care. let go
find happiness in everything…let go of negativity

Good luck!
