emotional jealousy

My husband and I have been trying to conceive for almost 2 years. We are both young (21 and 22) and healthy, so I’m worried.

I’m jealous of every pregnant woman that I see and when my cousin got pregnant (she was told she couldn’t have kids) I became extremely upset! I’m trying not to take it out on her, but it’s hard to control. Our family hasn’t had a girl born in a long time, so (of course) that’s what she having, which upset me even more and brought me to tears.

How do I control my jealousy? It’s becoming a big problem emotionally for me.
