JEALOUSY - its KILLING ME - HELP ME?
Okay my question is
1) how to overcome JEALOUSY of partner - like if they talk to others or their other friends or even ur siblings (sisters, bro’s)
2) how to quit being JEALOUS of PRAISE OTHERS GET.
I mean - like if mom says to my sis ‘Wow, you look R beautiful or WOW you got grade . ….whatever’ then WHY do I GET JEALOUS OF THE PRAISE MY SIS’s n BRO’s GET??
Okay - I get Brill grades, and am quite clever. I have many talents like singing, creative writing, acting,
My face is ok, so why do I have these STUPID feelings of jealousy if my sis’s GET PRAISE?? AM I WEIRD OR SOMETHING?
, basically I wanna know HOW TO PERMANENTLY GET RID OF THESE FEELINGS OF JEALOUSY.
Do I deal with the subconscious or what do I do?

1 thing though - I always praise them when they do well - or wherever possible. I don’t ACT jealous, but I FEEL jealous, I want to get RID of the FEELING
