I have been going out with a guy for nearly six weeks now. There is a rigid rule at our workplace that a supervisor can’t go out with their subordinate but we still ended up going out. Even so, none of his co-workers know. There is one particular woman, who was there prior to me who likes him a lot. I got to know about this from someone else. He didn’t tell me she liked him but he would freely talk about her in general.

One day I told him I knew that she liked himand then he told me the full story about how she was chasing him and he thought she was appealing but there was no interpersonal chemistry and he couldn’t see himself with her. He said he told her zilch would happen between them and theirrelationship could only be strictly platonic.

He did admit that there was some flirting and they went out a couple of times, but nothing happened. I also found out from another workmate that she went to him and said she wanted a proper relationship and he told her that theyshouldbejust be just friends. He also told me this…..He also said he didn’t want any women after that because he wanted to be with me.
They still remain close friends and as he is usually flirty by nature I feel like he is flirting with her all the time and vice-versa…..Am I beling irrational or do you think they might be attracted to each other?
