I think it’s a female thing lol…I am not really jealous of other women if they have something better than me, because I am happy with myself, but if my bf is getting flirty with someone else, and gets hit on by other women I would have a problem with that..But I think you got it backwards, women are more jealous and bitchy than men
No no no, women get jealous just as much as men, if not more so. We just keep it buried deep down in our brains and dwell on it and give other women the ‘death glare’. Men are just more vocal about their jealousy.

In my honest opinion I’ve always thought that women were much more jealous creatures because we get insecure about our looks all the time and we always compare ourselves with other women!
I always thought that men were the ones who had the less percentage amount of jealousy because men are much more accepting to each other than women have. Plus the fact that most men aren’t really stuck up on the smallest of things.
1) Some men view women as their property. Therefore they get jealous when their property is under threat of being taken by someone else. Women, on the other hand, tend to have less territorial feelings when it comes to relationships.
2) The jealousy that women feel tends to be internalised and expressed as insecurity. They become obsessed with their weight, hair, clothes etc, and comparing themselves with other women.
